An interprofessional safety-focused simulation to enhance awareness and education about identifying potential safety hazards in an outpatient environment.

Your team enters a simulation space, reads a mock patient scenario and determines how many hazards they observe.

This exercise illustrates the importance of teamwork and strengthens the emphasis of working together towards a common goal.

Exercise participants evaluate how many hazards they observed as a team and as individuals.
