The Pottsboro Area Public Library is a 501 (C) (3) organization chartered by the Office of the Secretary of State for the purpose of providing free public services. SaferCare Texas partnered with the Pottsboro library to launch a pilot telehealth program in an effort to improve health care access in the community.

Advocates for Patient Safety - SaferCare Texas Student Alliance

IHI Open School provides opportunities for students to learn about patient safety and health care quality improvement through networking, working on quality improvement projects, and attending and presenting at national conferences.

HSC Health

SaferCare Texas and HSC Health work closely in order to improve patient safety within the clinics.

SaferCare Texas and IPE work together to prepare students for Interprofessional Practice by teaching collaborative and patient safety practice competencies within the context of Interprofessional.

American Osteopathic Association

The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and SaferCare Texas have partnered to combat workplace violence in healthcare, driven by a shared commitment to patient and provider safety. This collaboration combines the AOA’s national leadership in osteopathic medicine with SaferCare Texas’s expertise in harm prevention to equip healthcare professionals with resources and strategies for safer environments.

Jeff Davis County Library

The Jeff Davis County Library, a community hub for learning and connection, partners with SaferCare Texas to enhance patron well-being. This collaboration provides the library with essential patient safety materials and establishes a crucial telehealth access point for residents in this rural area.
