SaferCare Texas

This module presents the Asthma 411 model, a comprehensive, evidence-based school asthma program. The module also addresses the implementation of the Asthma 411 model during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Participants will increase knowledge and skills in providing culturally competent care for patients and clients.

Community Healthcare Worker (CHW)

Thi training includes an intro research-based adult ed. strategies to improve communication skills and health literacy.

This course prepares you to connect people in your community with easy-to-understand health information.

This live training teaches CHWs how to handle difficult questions in the wake of a pandemic or other public health emergency. 

This course prepares Community Health Workers (CHWs) to empower moms to protect their health before, during, and after having a baby

This training identifies how CHWs can serve as a link to educate people about Covid-19 vaccines and facilitate community recovery.
